Can you help me still achieve my goals during COVID-19?
Yes, I have tailored the program to deliver results utilizing at home exercise with optional additional gym based equipment based on preference.
How soon will I start seeing results?
I've designed the program to get you sustained, lasting results as quickly as possible. While everybody is different - you can expect to see results within the two weeks!
Do you have any type of guarantee?
Yes if you do the workouts at least 3 times per week and don't see the results in the first 30 days, you will get your money back.
How exactly do you help?
I will personally coach you, one on one. No "coaches" or cookie cutter programs. I will design a scientific program based on your needs and schedule. I will design a schedule to optimize your time and effort. I will provide weekly check in's and adjustments to your program. You'll be able to track everything through my training app and will be able to reach me every day.
Will I get the support I need when my body stops changing?
Yes, you will have complete access to me. I'm here to make sure that if you do hit a plateau, we find a solution to work out of it right away.
Can I pay you after I get the results?
You're not paying for a training program. While my stuff WILL change your life, you're actually paying for speed of results, accountability and zero guesswork with your workouts. When you fall off track or plateau I'm here to fix that. The only clients that get results are the ones that invest into themselves and don't want a free handout. So as the old saying goes "If there's no skin in the game, there's no game"
Will I get a step-by-step roadmap even if I’m just getting back into shape?
Yes, I will provide a step by step plan so we are both on the same page. You will get weekly updates on adjustments as well. This is not just a workout program - it's a partnership, and we both need to be on the same path.
Can I still do the exercises if I don't have a gym membership?
Yes, we will make your program customized based on what you have access to and get you the best results possible with what you have.
I’ve hired other ‘online fitness coaches’ and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work?
I’m scared to invest.
Doing something new is always scary. I've had a number of coaches in my life and every time I hire one it's a little nerve-racking. I get it.
I can’t afford this program. Anything you can do for me if I really want to start?
If you want a one-on-one coaching solution then you need to invest not only in the program but the time it will take to get the results. If you simply can't afford it, I encourage you to join the private Instagram group to get started.
I am afraid to try another workout routine… I’ve tried so many...
How do I keep improving after I hit a plateau?
Depending on what is happening, we will take a look at your stats, recovery and workouts and make the necessary adjustments.
I’m older, will this work for me?
Absolutely. Age is just a number! Because every program is custom built we will make sure to accommodate any issues you might have.
Do I need to train at a gym or can can I train from home?
I personally prefer gym training, however with these new times I've made different variations of the exercises so that you can get the most out of training from home as well.
Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?
Only if you are addicted to the gym and have a lot of free time. If you have a lot of training with the team, we will take that into consideration and adjust the program accordingly. You will just need to prioritize at least 3-4 workouts per week of maximum 1hour.
Do I have to lift really heavy weights?
You won't have to lift anything that's too heavy for you. I will make sure you become stronger progressively and that the workouts are always safe for you. But if you want results you've never had, you'll have to do things you've likely never done before so yes, you will need to lift some weights.
How long does your program last?
Depending on your goals it will last a minimum of 90 days. Many players still keep going after even more than 6 months because they keep getting more results.
I have never hired a strength & conditioning coach and it's intimidating.
Shouldn't I make some progress on my own first?
What if there is an exercise I can’t do or doesn’t feel good?
Will I have to take supplements?
You won't have to but I will advise you on the best ones for you to take based on how your nutrition, recovery and training objectives are.
Can I speak to someone before I make a final decision?
You'll be speaking with me directly and you can ask me as many questions as you need. I want to make sure you feel comfortable with this decision and that you're fully committed to getting results.
